Main application:
This machine is used for low-temperature drying of heat sensitive Chinese medicine solid
preparations. It can also be used as vacuum concentration equipment. Its drying
speed is very quick and it can improve the quality of products
dramatically. It characterizes high efficiency, even heating, easy
to control, and convenient installation and maintenance etc. It is
mainly applied to the drying, heating, sterilization and ripening
of medicines, biological products, agricultural product and
by-product. Specially, it is excellent in the drying effect of
various pills and granulated materials. In addition, microwave low
temperature vacuum drying equipment still has the functions of
sterilization and disinfection. It possesses power linearity
adjustable, intelligent control, and environment & temperature
controllable. Finished products are safe and healthy, and their
quality guaranteed period can be prolonged.
Operating principles:
During the operation, first microwave is produced by microwave
signal generator and then transferred into microwave oven by energy
feed-through. At the same time, materials are conveyed into the
heating container by transmission system. Here, water in the
materials is heated and vaporized by the action of microwave energy
and water vapor is vented by dehumidifier, so as to attain the
purpose of drying. Bacteria in the materials are killed under the
biological effect and heating effect of microwave, which are
generated under the action of microwave electromagnetic field.
Because microwave can directly effect on the materials, it brings
on low drying temperature, rapid speed, and minimal loss of
effective elements of medicines.
Structural features:
Heat sensitive materials can be dried, dehydrated, condensed
quickly under the normal temperature condition. Their dehydrated
temperature is controlled under 40º C. It makes features of
infrared measurement of temperature, digital timing, power
adjustable, intelligent control, easy operation, even heating, and
energy saving 50% in power consumption compared with general
equipments. Besides, it is also used for the drying, dehydration,
and condensed treatment of many oxidizable materials. Materials can
be processed three-dimensional rotation and area of spreading
materials is big. There are different grades of equipments to be
selected.
