Product Description
Industrial Fruit Druing/ Dehydrator Machine is a mulity-pipe tunnel
mode,which can be divided into horizontal Model WMG,vertical Model
LWMG and track-type Model GWMG etc. It adopts our company's many
patent technologies,such as PLC controlling system,upending and
stirring mechanism,and anti-sliding mechanism etc.Over 90% surfaces
of the macine are mde of stainless steel.Its core electronic
components are imported with original packing.The machine is mainly
composed of electric-heating pre-heated oven,microwave
heater,micorwave suppresser,blower and dehumidifier monitoring
system,mechanical drive mechanism,and pionner PLC automatic
control.Microwave heater is consisted of several units of heating
boxes.The whole machine adopts modular design,resulting in
convenient cleaning,installation,disassembly,inspection and repair.
Feature of Industrial Food Dehydrator Machine :
(1) High efficiency: compared with general drying technologies,it
can increase work effciency at least four times above.
(2) Even heating:As micorwave heating heats up the inside and
outside of materials at one time.Temperature difference between the
inside and outside of materials is tiny,Thus,there is no question

heating will happen.Drying quality is greatly improved.
(3) Easy to control:it is convenient for continuous production,and
it realizes automatization.Based on its characteristics of quick
arrangement of microwave power and no inertia, it is easy to
instant control,as well as arrangement and determination of process
parameters.
(4) Small size.There is monitour installed in the interior,which
can observe all courses of drying.
(5) Besides,microwave equipment owns sterilization and disinfection
effects,whcih can make the processed products safe and healthy,as
well as long quality guaranteed period.
